Mein zweites Wochenende (13.-14.03.2010)

Our Weekend,

On Saturday my family went into Bright in the morning because my mum had to do some shopping, so I took Stephanie to 'Edelweiss Bakery' where I previously worked.
There we bought some bruch and I bought Stephanie a Party Pie to try,
whilst I had a normal pie. I don't think Stephanie liked the party pie too much but she said it tasted interesting.
Once my mum was done with the shopping we went to the local Rubbish Tip in Porepunkah to drop off some old stuff.
We had one of our dogs with us, so Stephanie and I took it for a walk and she was amazed at how strong the dog was.
Later on at home we picked some grapes and sorted them out so later on my parents could juice them. On that night we went to Max and Peter's house to have dinner because it was Max's mum's birthday. Fanziska's host family, the Harris's (Kayla), Wolfgang's host family, the Gasperoni's (Nathan), and the Webbs also joined us, so there were lots of people there. We had a great night and once we got home, we were so tired we went straight to bed.

Sunday, the family went for a huge drive around the mountains so Stephanie could have a look at what it's like in the Alpine. We started off at Bright, went through Bogong and towards Falls Creek. Then we had a little break before continuing up Mt. Hotham. Both Stephanie and I were car sick, but the view of the mountains was great.

Once we got home (finally) we just hung around the house and that evening phoned Stephanie's family on Skype.
I got a tour of the house via webcam and the house was very interesting and pretty.
We had a lot of laughs and I even fell off the bed because I was laughing so much.
